Good day I booked a Power treatment for my wife on her birthday, and payed the day before. This was at Sorbet Westlake branch. On arrival they told my wife that they don’t soak and we’re very unfriendly, they said she can’t do that and she then chose a hand and nail treatment for R370.
While my wife was busy a white lady walked in and was treated with soaking and the whole treatment my wife booked. When I phoned and said I’m logging a complaint the receptionist just said ok sir and hung up.
