I am utterly disgusted with the treatment i received from metrorail this morning, I was pick pocketed of my monthly on the train. I realised this when i reached the ticket check section of the station as i wanted to take my ticket out to provide it to be checked. I did not have any cash on me to buy a ticket at that point as I only had my bank card on me, the security then saw this and he then realised i did not have a ticket, i tried explaining this to him but he refused to hear me out, i was then escorted like a to go and draw money, as if im not traumatised enough already and then back again to the 'default passengers' (im not to sure what that section is called) to buy the ticket wich i had to pay r50 for, me thinking i can buy a return, i ask the lady behind the counter for a return ticket because i need to travel home again in the afternoon and her reply was 'ITS NOT MY PROBLEM".this is so pathetic she then threw the ticket through the little hole in the window.
