This is a tuk tuk taxi service. My fiancee and I have used them on several occasions and 90% of the time they are late. They do not answer the phone, and when they do they have no idea who you are, even though you may have booked a taxi earlier the same day. The lady who answers the phones is not only rude, but also incompetent.
When they are late, they just tell you that the driver is on the way, no matter how late he is or what the circumstances. The drivers do not know what the schedule is so they just pick people up at random. The drivers themselves are polite, efficient, and sadly wasted at a company that has no idea how to manage their staff. Customers most likely rebuke the drivers all the time, but it's not their fault.
In today's incident they were half an hour late, making my fiancee late for work. This, despite the fact that we booked a tuktuk the previous day, to ensure that there were no issues.
I would highly recommend that no one use this service, even when desperate. There is no guarantee that they will come at all and you will be worse off than when you started. Tuk Tuk SA is a little more expensive but are always on time and are actually able to communicate.
