Poor Service Again

I took out my first MTN internet contract out last year Sept 2012. I took them 2 weeks after I received my sim card from them to have it activated. Then to boot it all I was billed for those 2weeks when i had an inactive sim card, I complained & they adjusted my account after I had to given motivation. Countless store visits, phone calls and emails later it was eventually sorted out.

On Monday night 15 April 2013 I went to MTN Canal Walk 482A to have a dual sim activated on the same account and number. Signed the papers and I was given a sim card. As of from today 18 April 2013 the sim is still inactive. I've logged a complaint, received my ref number. Checked the Ref number on on 18 April 2013 10:15am, I was informed they are still busy...
Seems like I will be waiting for 2 weeks again. Please feel free to call me on my inactive number that i supplied
