I had a phone last week monday, so I went into Cell C pavillion on tuesday to report it, I filled out all the information and it was sent off, I was told to wait 24-48hrs for an ITC number so I could open up a police case.
I waited till friday, still heard nothing. Tried to phone customer care, got tired of waiting after 10 minutes. So i emailed Cell C customer service, I received an automated response and a receipt to say my message was read, I received no reply until today. I emailed again today, the message was read, and still I receive no response.
I wish I could say that this service isn't typical of Cell C, but this sums up my experience with Cell C, bad experience after bad experience!!!
