BREACH OF CONTRACT AND REFUSE TO REIMBURSE

I TOOK A BLACKBERRY CELLPHONE CONTRACT FROM CELL C IN JAN 2013. AS PART OF MY CONTRACT MY INTERNET SERVICE WAS FREE FOR THE FIRST THREE MONTHS AND THEREAFTER I PAY FOR IT SHOULD I WISH TO HAVE IT. I WAS CHARGED FOR THE INTERNET SERVICES FOR THE FIRST THREE MONTHS. I CANCELED THE INTERNET SERVICE FOR THE REMAINING MONTHS THEREAFTER SO I DONT GET CHARGED FURTHER. CELL C REFUSES TO COMMENT ON THE ISSUE AND WHENEVER I CALL TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY GOING TO DO ABOUT REIMBURSING ME FOR THE 3 MONTHS THEY CHARGED ME (WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE) THEY TELL ME ITS IN PROGRESS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! ITS A BREACH OF CONTRACT IN TERMS OF THE CPA!
