I always used Nokia and received excellent service. i decided to take a new phone as my nokia phone had broken down after full 2 yrs. I bought two new blackberry phones that were on special. i charged my phone the whole night only to find out that in the morning the battery is still down. The phone just freezes without no reason and the battery is a nightmare. i have heard several people complain about this as well. Blackberry is the worst phone ever manufactured. once contract is paid up i will stick to my nokia again. i wont recommend this to anyone.
