I personally have been a loyal client to MTN for many years. The 3G signal in my house and around the Palm Ridge area has become an issue to many residents. On some days i myself struggle to transmit a simple BBM message or even make a simple phone call, the signal shows up as GSM on my cellphone screen. I have used many different phones and every time the same issue, so that rules out the possibility of it being a cellphone issue. I have purchased a MTN 3G modem, which i hoped would work, but to no success, the same signal issue. I am even unable to browse the internet, which by now and in this generation should be widely available in any area. This is becoming more and more frustrating as a client to MTN, due to the fact that we are in a undeveloped area, but should'nt MTN as a service provider take care of their clients irrespective of where they are based. There is no use in giving clients free airtime or free sms's when they are unable to make use of it due to poor signal in their area. FED up with the poor signal and customer service from MTN.
