Frustrating!!!

We changed our Cell C contract to a pre-paid contract with effect from today. Several attempts to re-charge with airtime this morning FAILED! I phoned customer service to ascertain the reason for this. Upon answering the call, I informed the Operator that I am Mrs Nel, I explained the problem. I told him that the contract was in my husbands name and that I am using the phone. He then refused to assist me as this will constitute since my husband's banking information etc is confidential??? I stated more than once that I can confirm my husbands ID and I do not want ANY personal information, I JUST want to be able to load airtime on the phone??? He said he will only talk to my husband, yet is not prepared to phone him??? The cell phone and e-mail is my only means of communication with the outside world during working hours. I can not phone anyone, I can not load airtime and this guy accuse me of trying to commit??? You are more than welcome to listen to the recording. I lost my cool and told him that I will port my number to another network if this is the type of service I get from Cell C. I am just SOOOOO angry with Cell C at the moment.!!!
