I have logged a call charge dispute with Vodacom via the 111 call centre almost 2 months ago. Since i received no response from Vodacom, i complaint at Helopeter. Vodacom responded that i will be contacted shorty by a consultant.
Vodacom, i am still waiting for that consultant to call me!!
So please as this is the third time i have to comunicate with you via Helopeter, do not respond to this complaint with your same old nonsense but take action!!
