I have called Telkom several times to Port my Neotel 011 number back to Telkom. They have given me 3 different numbers to call which all don't work or are not answered. They also said go to a Telkom Direct Store but they told me I have to call Telkom.
I cannot believe that no one knows what the procedure is or who to call. It amazes me that when a potential customer wants to throw money at Telkom they couldn't be bothered to accept it.
Please get someone to call me to sort this out if you want my business.
