NO SIGNAL!!!

I have been living in the same house for 18 years and since last year we have very bad or no reception. We are in the direct marketing business and rely on good communication to receive orders and handle complaints. Now it is a battle everyday just to communicate. We get NO SIGNAL or NO NETWORK messages all the time. While on a call we suddenly loose signal and then we have to dial again. I did complain with Vodacom and they did reply that they will investigate. They even asked for my gps coordinates. I received a message that Vodacom is busy upgrading the network in our area. Then 2 weeks later another message to say problem solved. NOT SO!!! It is as bad as before. I did complain again and heard nothing since then. No service at all but I must pay! I just want to mention that my 8-ta contract phone that works on MTN has perfect reception. So guess where I will be going when my contract expires with this so called biggest and best service provider.
