Disgusted with customer service or lack thereof

I was initailly contacted by Virgin Mobile Call Centre, consultant by the name of Jabu called me to sell me a cell phone contract. I signed up telephonically for a SAMSUNG S4 Mini. The Courier company called me to arrange delivery, upon questionng them, I then discovered that they were going to deliver me a S3 Mini.
thereafter i called Virgin Mobile to cancel the order, received confirmation from Jabu that the order was cancelled and that an S4 - Samsung was ordered instead. I still have not received ANY cell phone from Virgin Mobile but my bank account has been debited by them in January 2014. when i called & spoke to Kagiso yesterday, he was of no assistance, upon asking for the Manager, I was on hold for what seemed like forever only to have finished my airtime and to date no one has returned my call. I am utterly disgusted with this type of service, how can you debit someones account when you havent even delivered their phone. I did not receive anything, neither did I sign for anything, so on what grounds did they debit my account? I would appreciate some kind of assistance in this regard and for my money to be promptly returned to me asap!
