Cell C verbally confirmed they will cancel my contract on 13 December 2013 via Escalations and as of today, it is still not done. Your inability to see things thru is shocking. How can it take you 49 days - and counting - to action a cancellation? Do you think it is acceptable? Are you not employing enough people? Are you underpaying your staff? Is it poor management?
