Autopage Deceptive Practices

I handed my phone to Autopage for repairs (3rd time now). The 2nd time when it was ready I went to fetch it, the consultant tried to load some basic App's for me that were deleted by the repair, this took 2 hours because the phone kept on dying in her hands and she had to re-boot it (the exact same reason I took it in for repairs). As it was closing time I took the phone hoping it would restore itself to working properly. NO LUCK. I returned the phone 3 days later to Autopage. When I took the phone in the 2nd time, they promised me a new replacement if they could not repair it. Autopage has now had my phone for the 3rd time over 4 weeks. I have had no feedback or messages of any sort from Autopage (Autopage did instruct me not to contact them re: my phone as they will get back to me). NOTHING. This is shocking from such a well advertised company. Can Autopage just give me a new phone while BBerry is still in business.
