Contract renewal

We renewed our contract in the beginning i.e. 1 December. We moved from Blackberry to Samsung. When the December account arrived I noticed that we were charged for Blackberry BIS. I thought maybe it is because we upgraded in December and the changes couldn't be made. The January account arrived and we are still charged for the Blackberry BIS as well for the new handsets (as was December) I contacted the call center and queried this.
The reply was we need to let them know to deactivate the Blackberry, which know one told us. Surely this is something that should happen automatically or at least the question. When I asked if we will get a credit they again couldn't confirm nor deny the request.
I am so fed up with Vodacom, every time we upgrade we have a problem with the account. I wanted to change suppliers but was told the other suppliers are just as bad.

Account detail are I0167308-7 and would like to get credit for both the number for December and January.
