No reference number / no solution!

Good day,

I have been locked out of the Vodacom website as I had problems logging in to the Vodacom website using your image verification tool!
I entered the OTP I received, but when I entered the image verification code it locked me out completely!

I called your customer care on 082111, and logged a service request at 10.50 on 21/01/2014. I was told I would receive a reference # on an alternative number I provided - BUT NEVER DID!

I needed to reset my password so that I load data to my sim card and do my work! I cannot wait 24 hours for this.
Your customer care agent could hardly communicate with me as he seemed confused and as promised, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFERENCE NUMBER SO I CANNOT ESCALATE THIS!

It is now 12.10!

Please resolve urgently!
