I sent in my phone to be repaired and after 4 weeks it came back but with one of my keypad buttons broken. I subsequently had to send it back in to Cell C and I am still waiting for it. I personally think that 6 weeks is disgusting. Clearly there is a lack of management and skilled professionals employed at Cell C. I posted a complaint a while ago and they responded that they were going to follow up re my cellphone but that didn't help as I am still waiting.
Having been a customer of Cell C for around 10 years, I think it is time for a change to Vodacom or MTN.
