SIMSWOP worked but SIMCARD clearly faulty

I get some weird error that my "SIMcard full and that messages must be deleted" but there WAS ...
only 7 messages ...

I did a simswop with Robyn at Vodastore, Waterfront, paid the R 10 for it, on Wednesday 27 November 2013.

Now I have deleted my messages because that error annoys me popping up randomly.

This is a 64K red simcard ... was it FAULTY? Or are you trying to irritate your customers?
