I took a conract phone with Telkom mobile at Tygervalley mall on the 24th Oct 13. I was assisted by Wesley, he then told me that I'll only pay the pro-rata on the munites that I'll be using as from 24 Oct -31 Oct. he clearly told me that I wont be charged for the phone for these 7 days. To my surprise now when I recieved a statement charging me R270 for the phone for 7 days. i then called Telkom mobile and they told me that I'm surposed to be charged for the phone for those 7 days. so now the information I got before i took the phone was totally different from the one i got after I have the phone. now who should be liable and pay for the wrong information given by one of your trained consultant? after all the contract is not even one month old and I encouter such challenges, tell me how much more in 24 months time? anyway Wesley gave me the wrong contract also, now i'm in a possesion of one of the client's conract meaning mine is with her or him. If there' a way we make a deal and just cancel this contract so i can go do my business elsewhere and pay all outstanding balance that I currently owe you.
