I signed up with Afrihost which seemed to be a good deal.
They offered me a 1GB 3G package on my cell number of which they took money out my account twice! Yet the data would never work. I then had to call in when finally i get a answer that prepaid clients do not qualify, only MTN contract SIM's do. Why advertise and charge me for something you know will never work?
Then i got the 3 7GB package for R199 on my CONTRACT SIM. Working? NO!
After using only 2GB they cut me off saying i have run out of GB and that i should top up. My account is showing me i still have 8Gb left. When i called in AGAIN they said it should not do this but had not solution to help me.
My business is on/off and i cannot communicate with my clients. I have phoned numerous times from my cell phone to the (011) number and is costing me a fortune in call costs which i will never get refunded. This is AFRIHOST fault in the first place which is costing me a lot of stress, anger, money and frustration.
I would advice all new clients to steer away from Afrihost!
Worst experience yet! SHOCKING!
