Fantastic An Absolute Great Employee!!

I opened a new contract with Altech, I struggled for 4 days to have my phone put onto the mtn network, when i eventually was fed up, i phoned altech auto page head office and spoke to Nadine Jonathan who was FANTASTIC.

She calmed me down, and got my phone on in 15 minutes by simply getting to the issue of the problem which was my sim card.

I am now a happy customer, if it where not her this employee, I would cancelled my contract!!!
