Porting dilemma and no delivery

I recently made an application for an iphone on your on line sales site- I received wonderful, efficient service from your call centre (reported on Hellopeter what excellent service received from lukholo mkhasakhsa).

On 10 October I applied for another contract ie a Blackberry -however, the service I received is appalling. The site says delivery to be effected on the next business day provided there is availability of stock. I received a call from Vodacom after my application was approved - i was asked whether I would be porting a number to the line and I acknowledged yes. Since then, it has been distressing to have the number ported. PLEASE would someone revert confirming the porting and the delivery. Note that when I called twice today, I have received no joy. On Friday, when I spoke with Mampo, I queried whether the phone would be delivered if I had to not ask for the porting- she said she would check with someone and revert. Although I had a missed call on my phone, no confirmation has been received. I applied for the phone with the intent to have a number ported to that line- PLEASE let this be done. Also advise what is the delay- Thanks
