Sim swop - phone not active yet

A sim swop has been done at Altech Autopage in Festival Mall on Friday 12:30, the gentlemen said it would take between 2 - 24hours for the activation. On Saturday Morning I phoned Altech Autopage and spoke to Mulungisi, he said that the gentlemen at the Fesitval Mall didn't't do the sim swop correctly. He then said that he has done this and it would take again 2 - 24hours to activate. On Saturday 3 o'clock I phoned again, I spoke to Keshia and I demanded that the phone gets sorted she then told me that the IT department don't work over weekends and this won't be sorted before Monday. I then requested so speak to her supervisor Luzia Maclgh but she was busy on the phone. Yet to say, up to now she never returned the call. I phoned again this morning spoke to Gideon he then said that he has now requested from the IT department to do the sim swop... Really how many more times are they going to say this, but nothing happens. THE PHONE IS STILL NOT ACTIVE. ref nr: 130930774 and 1309300953. I requested this phone to work by 9 this morning.
