NO NETWORK SINCE FRIDAY

Good Day,

I have been struggling with network since Friday evening, its on and off, i can't make or receive calls nor text. I called Vodacom on Saturday morning they told me to switch off my phone which Ive been doing already and refresh it, that still did not work, they put me through to Blackberry 155, the guy told me to register my phone (advanced setting, host routing) of which Ive been doing already and it wasn't working. So i called again at night and this girl told me that vodacom on blackberry hardly has network, i was surprised cause i never struggled with that, then she put me through to Blackberry and the guy said my sim card might be faulty because they haven't received any complaints, on Sunday the people around me started experiencing the same problem, and mind you its not even about the area because i stay in the Vaal and it started when i was in Ennerdale and right now i have totally no service and i'm in Johannesburg!!! Really now Vodacom, how are people suppose to get hold of me??? NB: My phone is perfectly fine, when i insert a different network sim.
