Do they know the purpose of having a call centre

Yesterday i checked my balance as i wanted to purchase data. i had just under R22 available. so i went ahead and tried to purchase the data, guess what my airtime did not exist anymore. i didn't get my data and the airtime is just missing. upon phoning the call centre i was told to take it up with WASPA, but how can i if cellc just can't give me the third parties details. honestly. i did not subscribe to anything so how can someone just deduct your airtime. this isn't about the airtime itself. it is the principle of the matter. i am honestly thinking of stopping all ties with this company as they do what ever they want to and simply chooses not to give the names of third parties how seem to think that they can do with you whatever they chooses.

come to the party and resolve this. I may only be a prepaid client but i am still a client and i deserve some form of service. teling me you don't know who deducted my airtime isn't good enough. you can see who it was so give it up or refund me. simple really
