LACK OF INVESTIGATION AGAIN

I recently made a complaint about MTN. Ref: REQ2523370. or Ref: 13469665 or Ref: A4319079. Once again I am being told I owe money to MTN for accounts I have never opened. I have submitted all police affidavits with my ID, signature, everything 4 times now, yet no one has sorted this out. I'm sick of this! My granny can do a better job than these fools and she's dead.
