Blackberry 9380 Black (Job no 9090195) iam a client with Vodacom for about 15 years and never experience this bad service. I took my phone in on 05/08/201 because it switch off by by itself, there response is that there is scratches on the phone, s screen and that the contract read that if there is any marks on the phone that they dont fix the phone. The problem is within the phone with a bootup system problem, and got nothing to do with the outside of the phone, dont all of us get n scratch or a mark on the phone in a 2 year periot and nobody tell you these things when you take out your contract.
