It's time for the ombudsman to get involved I guess. How long does it take for a company to provide a copy of the agreement to their client? It seems to me that with cell C it could take longer than the two years of the contract.
I verbally agreed to pay x amount every month but am being billed y amount which is about R100 more. Thapelo Kobue was the agent in attendance when I did my upgrade over the phone. If there was a mistake made, it should be faced and not swept under the carpet as is being done here.
I am paying the overcharged amount since March (I think) because I know how nasty some big companies can be when they see that payments are less than statement amounts.
