I was called on the 1st of August, by a telcom sales agent. After deciding to sign up for the Simple package, I was assured by the sales agent and her manager that I would receive confirmation in 2 days, with details for picking up Modem and 3G dongle and sim card.
A week later, I call the customer care line, with the ref. number. I am told by the agent that there is nothing loaded on their system with that ref or under my ID. No further assistance offered - just told "there's nothing I can do". I even gave her the names of the sales agent and her manager - but nothing.
What kind of customer care and service is that?
