I was contacted by an agent from Telkom mobile regarding a new contract. All my details was taken, a 2nd agent agent phoned to confirm the contract and delivery address and banking details. The deduction has taken place and still no package after 2 weeks? I have phoned the customer care at my expense and they have nothing on record??? 04/10/2013 SELL DIREC0001195X859098131004 -R90.00, this is the detail of the deduction with the reference no. I need to know when am I getting my package or should I utilise the consumer act. this is not acceptable!!!
