Continues billing after contract cancellation

I faxed a written cancellation (the required official Cell C form) of my own (Eslie Ferreira) Cell C 5GB contract in May 2013. I Phoned Cell C several times to confirm the cancellation. My contract was cancelled and terminated according to the consultant from the Cell C cancellation dept. However, the monthly amount for the contract kept on being deducted from my account. After the deduction took place again in June 2013 I contacted Cell C to enquire about why this was the case after the contract was already cancelled. A Cell C consultant assisted me and assured me that the deduction on my account (June 2013) was the last. But the deductions still continues in August 2013... Please assist.
