Overall Bad Service

So I was looking at all the deals each cellphone provider offers. Cell C came up as the winner by far, but...

I decided on the LG Optimus L9 deal on the straight up 200. When I went to the Kenilworth branch, there was no stock left - this was about 2 months ago and went there yesterday - still no stock.

I also inquired if they could speak to there supplier and get me the white model, as LG themselves does bring it out in white (it looks much better than the black in my opinion). I mean, if a phone comes in both colors, why would you not give the customer the option. Who is working in there marketing/sales/strategy department and goes "nah we give them only one option". Oh and yes, this inquire was also made two months ago and no feedback.

So I sent Cell C an email from their website, inquiring about the white option - this was done Monday the 1st of June 2013 and their response time was 24-72 hours, nothing yet...

Cell C has a great product/deals, but you got to ask yourself, if this is the kind of service you get pre-sale where they are suppose to impress you, what is the service going to get once you joined them?
