A document was submitted to MTN LIFESTYLE CENTRE to do a change of ownership to AJ STEENKAMP, and I have stated in the document if AJ STEENKAMP does not qualify for mentioned change, they need to change this contract to pre-paid. However they have changed all the details to his detail (email, postal address and banking details), and did not do a change of ownership. They gave him the cell phone - he used it and never paid it - and according to MTN LIFESTYLE CENTRE no written requests is allowed to be accepted by staff. As the account holder I was supposed to sign for the upgrade - which I did not. They have upgraded the phone, on my name, received no payment and listed me on ITC which is totally unacceptable.

The Manager of MTN LIFESTYLE CENTRE also mentioned that the person who did the upgrade does not work there anymore - and that it is not the first case brought under his attention. MTN LIFESTYLE also said that they don't have any documentation for said upgrade.

I have visited the MTN myself and have spoken to the manager in charge - ERICK which referred me to MTN LEGAL Department.

Since 2013-6-13 no satisfying outcome as they said I am still liable.
