CONTRACT HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED

I phoned Virgin Mobile on 18 April to cancel my contract. They confirmed that my LAST debit order would be on 25 June 2013 which included my monthly subscription and a cancellation fee for the remainder balance on the hand set. They supplied me with reference no. 46767758. When I phoned in June just to confirm everything was in order they told me that there was no record of my cancellation. So I e-mailed them with the details. No one came back to me. I had to phone in again. Another lady confirmed that the last debit order would be 25 June for the full amount. I now see that they have just debited my account with my monthly subscription only. I want my contract cancelled due to TERRIBLE network issues. This needs to be done with immediate effect.
