My average bill over three months R 413.34 and I budget on that. My May bill Amounted to R 796.61. Charged 69.71 and 130.70 for 2GB special. Plus charged 69.71 & 130.70 for Telephony on a data line. Charged 107.73 for GPRS which can not be proofed by them.
1st query was told to pay what I normally paid, credits would be passed.
2nd query don't worry credit would be passed and IT will prove the GPRS. Call Ref 260903.
Service suspended 14 June. Spent 2 hours at Altech Clearwater without any answers.
Service reinstated 18 June, no answers no credits.
Just received June bill, still owing R 538.87 due.
Your bills/statement are a nightmare to understand and your system.
I now assume that when you make the mistakes the customer need to pay and hope that someday somewhere they will be credited. Like rates and taxes accounts in J'burg.
