I have been into vodacom 3 times now to sort out billing problems- and im still getting charged more then im was told. And i refuse to take time off work again to sort this out. VODACOM is costing me way to much money. And when i ask why am i being charged a certain amount i have a lady at sandton vosdacom saying i dont know. Then im told to contact the insurance ppl myself, and they just never get back to me. This is ridiculous. Surely we as consumers have rights
