I write this complaint with complete disappointment in service received. Last week i had to pay R285 for a reconnection fee and purchase a sim card of R99 (REALLY WHERE IT SELLS FOR 99c AT PEP). I was called this morning and advised that i cannot get my number back as the number has been cancelled and back with the other service provider MTN. I was also advised to call MTN to enquire whether i can get this number back, they said the number is still with Vodacom as it is still not back on their network.. SO WHO IS INCOMPETENT!!! I WANT MY NUMBER BACK NOW!!! I have been through so many people already at all the call centres MTN says call Vodacom and Vodacom says call MTN.. WHO THE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF JUST GIVING MY NUMBER BACK... This is really frustrating. I suggest that Vodacom contact MTN to get their sorted because i want my number back.
