Club is now money from my bank account

Hello Peter.
About 3 years ago I close my Planet fitness club membership. But lately Planet fitness started with debit order activities for the amount of R250 every month. Sometimes every week. I have to go to the bank to have the Debit order reverse.
I'm currently with Virgin Active so there is no need for me to use Planet fitness facilities.
I want this to stop and I want the money that I could not reverse returned to me.
