I signed up to virgin whilst they had their R99 special. I was told by the consultant that I would not have to worry about being charged - I have it written down! Maam all you need to pay is the initial subscription of R975. In the first month you wil be debited R436.00 and the next month R539.00 and thereafter we will only bill you once your vitality kicks in where you will be billed R107.00. Seems fair right? Wll we have been in to see virgin active 3 times now to alleviate this mess - I have been billed R 539.00 twice today, twice last week, once in January and twice in December. This totals R 3773.00. They then say that they will hld it against our account so we do not have to pay in again? Well then why are we still paying? The agreement was to pay the inital fee and then the R 107.00 WHEN the vitality kicks in, which is today - 01/01/14. And after all f this when you want to cancel the contract becasue of their or leading you to believe one thing and its completely different, they then have their fine print too so that you are stuck with people who are taking your money???
