I placed an order on the Biovea website as I found a product I have been searching for, forever - Sally Hansen airbrush legs make up. However my profile on their website which shows my orders, states that the order has been delivered to my post box, however I have checked numerous times in the box and with the post office themselves, and this order was definitely not delivered. They also did not even give me a tracking number!!! So I have no way of actually tracing it myself.
When I tried to call their customer care centre, via the "free phone number" listed on their website, it comes up that the phone number does not exist!!! And no one from the customer centre is replying to my emails.
I have 2 orders placed with this company and from the complaints I'm now finding out about, it looks like this company is and just taking peoples money without delivering. I mean how you can have an invalid phone number on your website! I have reported this to my bank and I will definitely be pursuing further action if Biovea does not come forward and sort this out asap.
