Months and still Claim has not been processed

FOLLOWING MY COMPLAINT CONCERNING EDGARS'S BAD ABILITY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER REQUESTS I HAVE NOW BEEN ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL PAPER WORK AFTER THREE MONTHS OF SAYING THEY HAVE EVERYTHING NOW THEY NEED MORE NEVER THE LESS WHILST I AM TRYING TO DO THIS I GET A SMS THIS MORNING STATING ''''Edcon has loaded a slow payer listing to the registered Credit Bureaux. Contact Edcon on 0860112447 regarding payment which is overdue'''IN ACTUAL FACT AS I WAS MADE TO UNDERSTAND EDGARS OR EDCON SHOULD REPAY MY LAST INSTALEMENT NOW THEY ARE GIVING ME A BAD NAME. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE SURE NOT TO OPEN AN EDGARS ACCOUNT AGAIN WHEN I START WITH A NEW JOB ALSO I HAVE BEEN A FAITHFULL CUSTOMER WHOSE ACCOUNT WAS ALWAYS PAID ON TIME TO BE TREATED THIS WAY SHOWS ME THAT EDGARS DOES NOT VOW ITS CLIENTS IN THE HIGHST REGARD AS THEY STATE THEY DO
