After many proof of addresses and certified marriage certificates and emails to change my address and surname, Truworths is STILL sending my statements to the wrong address. I changed my surname via the email listed on the statement, last year May as well as my postal address, but they still cant seem to get rid of my old information. I asked that my statements should be sent to me via email, and once again I received a statement through the post. Identity has the same email address listed, and THEY changed my details, why cant Truworths. I would like to resolve this issue ASAP!
