I purchased a few items at ackermans vangate mall, when paying I can remember the cashier saying the transaction did not go through and I had to re-enter my pin, the transaction eventually went through and the purchase was approved. I paid via my debit card as I do not have a credit account with Ackermans. After numerous enquiries and contact with the branch I have dealt with I still dont have any joy. R400 is still owing to me... my bank statements shows the proof of their error. I do not have proof/slip of my orignal purchase.
Why is this so difficult to reslove??? I need to be re-imbursed!!!
