I had purchased an extractor from Hirsch's in November 2012, since then the downlighters needed replacement, which Defy technicians had repaired, but, 2 months ago a small clip that holds the front glass, has broken and I requested for repairs, a technician phoned me on two separate occasions after I had requested, that he would attend to my repairs, on both times he never pitch up, how many times more should I request for repairs?
