I had purchased a Samsung Camera ES13 bundle 8806071730677 from Game Umgeni Rd on the 19/05/12 for R679.99.
My brand new camera had jammed the zoom or lens. I was very unhappy and sent it for repairs at the returns at Games on the 26 Sept 2012.
Again it jams and request my money back or to see the Manager, I was told there is procedures and it needs to go back to Samsung for repairs.
This camera has been in for more repairs then used.
I feel cheated as a consumer and I was clearly given a faulty product.
I was highly disappointed with Game service as there is clearly a money back guarentee and the Manager did not come forward to assist me.
Now it is under guarentee but by April 2013 the cost of repairs is on me and I think this is not fair.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
