Hi,
i was reading through hellopeter and saw a takealot complaint pop up,
so i obviously had a look and saw squillions of compliments vs complaints.
you guys must be one of the very few!
i haven't dealt with you guys in a year and a half, no fault of yours though.
takealot is one of the few companies that send out mass emails acknowledging a mistake( - a year ago)
when im sure alot of people didn't even know about it in the first place.
i seriously commend you guys on your ethical and transparent dealings, and i wish there were more like you.
[URL Removed] is doing something right, and should hold workshops for other business's (you guys would make a killing)
as for that" haven't dealt with you guys in a year and a half" that will soon change, promise.
