Although I know that it is the Christmas season, bad attitudes and poor customer services should not be part of it. Yesterday 19/12/2013 at around 18H00 I asked the lady (she was on the floor unfortunatley I did not get her name) at the Frangrance department if she could assist me with a frangrance I was looking for.
She blatantly told me that we do not have it in stock, only for me to turn around and at the next aisle there was a HUGE shelf stocked with the Charlie Pink frangrances I was looking for.
Today, 20/12/2013 I was at the same Edgars again at around 12H15, only to find the minimum tills open to help customers, and needless to say there were a que a mile long. This has been one of many times that not only me but a few other customers have complained about this particular Edgars Branch.
