Last night I called in to Kalahari help centre because I had no idea how to use the Kalahari gift voucher I received from a friend. My call was answered by Shamiel who explained to me the procedure of registering on the Kalahari site. Once registered I had no clue how to navigate the site but Shamiel was so friendly and patient at all times. He then proceeded to log into my account on my behalf and order the items I wanted, talking me through all the steps. In the end the purchase wasn't processed as there was a problem with the voucher that he is currently sorting out. THANKS SHAMIEL YOU GAINED A CUSTOMER FOR KALAHARI.
