I have tried emailing and calling in to customer service but with no response. Anyway I tried leaving a message on Facebook for Game on 15/11/2013. Below is the message:

Last year in May we purchased a Telefunken 42" LED television. Today I noticed something on my screen that looks like moisture inside the screen. Please find an attached picture that I have taken out just now.
Could you kindly get back to us as to how we can sort this problem out before something more serious happens to the television.
On Saturday 16/11/13, I got reply that somebody will be in contact with me at the soonest. I'm really wondering how soon is soonest?
